Tour itinerary
1. Day: Arrival in Belgrade
Flight from your country to Belgrade. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
2. Day: Belgrade - Skopje
In the morning we explore the Serbian capital Belgrade. We see highlights such as the Kalemegdan Fortress, the shopping street Knez Mihailova and many more. Afterwards we pass Novi Sad to the Macedonian border and shortly after we reach the capital Skopje. In the evening a typical Macedonian dinner with music awaits us in a restaurant in the city. Overnight in the hotel.
3. Day: Skopje – Ohrid
In the morning we explore the Macedonian capital. We see the old town with the Fortress Kale and the big bazaar as well as the new town with the Alexander the Great Fountain and the Mother Theresa House. In the afternoon on the way to Ohrid we stop in Tetovo, where we visit the so-called "colorful" mosque. In the evening we reach our hotel in the UNESCO city of Ohrid. Dinner and overnight.
4. Day: Ohrid – Tirana
Today we start with a boat trip on the Ohrid lake. The lake is one of the oldest and deepest in the world. Afterwards we explore the UNESCO city on foot and see highlights like the Fortress of King Samuel as well as the church St. Periblebtos. In the afternoon via Elbasan to our hotel in Tirana. Dinner and overnight.
5. Day: Tirana – Kruje – Shkoder – Bar – Budva
After breakfast we drive to Kruje, the town of the national hero Skanderbeg. Afterwards we continue to the northernmost town of Albania, Shkoder. We visit the fortress of Rozafa, then we cross the border with Montenegro and stop at Old Bar to learn more about life in earlier centuries. In the evening we reach our hotel in Budva. Dinner and overnight.
6. Day: Budva – Cetinje – Njegusi – Kotor – Perast – Budva
Drive to the old capital Cetinje. Here we see among other things the old royal palace. Then we continue to the mountain village of Njegusi, where we can taste the famous raw ham. Over a unique panoramic road, we enter the fjord of Kotor - by the way the only fjord in Southern Europe. After our sightseeing we continue to Perast where we board a ship and drive to the monastery island of St.Maria. In the evening we return to our hotel in Budva. Dinner and overnight.
7. Day: Budva – Dubrovnik – Neum
Another highlight awaits us. After we have crossed the border to Croatia, we reach the "Pearl of the Adriatic" - Dubrovnik. During our 2-hour guided tour we see highlights like the cathedral or the city wall. Afterwards free time to relax. In the afternoon we continue to our hotel in the Bosnian coastal town Neum. Dinner and overnight.
8. Day: Neum – Mostar – Sarajevo
Drive to the city of Mostar, where we will also see the famous bridge during our city tour. Afterwards further to the Bosnian capital Sarajevo, detailed city tour. Afterwards we will move into our hotel. Dinner and overnight.
9. Day: Sarajevo – Tuzla – Belgrade
Before we leave Bosnia and Herzegovina, we stop in the city of Tuzla. The name is derived from salt, Tuzla was the largest supplier of salt in the old Yugoslavia. After our tour in the old town we continue to Serbia and we reach the Serbian capital Belgrade. Dinner and overnight.
10. Day: Departure
Transfer to Belgrade Airport and departure.
